Exchanges: Within 30 days of original invoice date add $6.00 $1.00 for each additional item to help cover our return Shipping and Handling costs. Accompanied by return card enclosed. Sale Items are only exchangeable for size only.

Returns: Within 30 days for new, unused products with tags on item in original box if applicable and hygienic liner in place if applicable.  NO EXCEPTIONS. Call for a return authorization immediately at 800-897-7405. Packages beyond 30 days or without RA will be refused.

Defective Merchandise: Subject to our inspection, the items will be replaced within 30 days of original invoice

Out-of-Stock- Undeliverable – Canceled Orders: Credit will be issued on items out of stock, cancelled prior to shipping or undeliverable within 30 days, if customer does not want to place the order on backorder.
