Exchanges: Within 30 days of original invoice date add $6.00 ($1.00 for each additional item) to help cover our return Shipping and Handling costs. Accompanied by return card enclosed. Sale Items are only exchangeable for size only.

Returns: Within 30 days for new, unused products with tags on item in original box (if applicable) and hygienic liner in place (if applicable).  NO EXCEPTIONS. Call for a return authorization immediately at 800-897-7405. Packages beyond 30 days or without RA will be refused).

Embroidered Items:  Not returnable.  Only exception is if the item is defective.  If defective, it will be replaced at no charge.  See defective merchandise below.

Defective Merchandise: Subject to our inspection, the item(s) will be replaced (within 30 days of original invoice)

Out-of-Stock- Undeliverable - Cancelled Orders: Credit will be issued on items out of stock, cancelled prior to shipping or undeliverable within 30 days, if customer does not want to place the order on backorder.
